Merchants/ Shopkeepers Onboarding

Patan Co Op Bank Ltd to approach their current account holders / merchant account in their network for extending payment acceptance via BQR.

Following points are newly added by the bank for TID creation -

1. DOB / DOI of the merchant is compulsory to fill.
2. New UPI TID under Mosambee is not allowed If the merchant is already signed/registered as an existing HDFC Bank merchant.
3. First 8 digits of Adhere no. on both sides & QR code printed on Aadhaar card should be fully MASKED.
4. Sign must be pan card sign.

Proprietorship Documents/ Partnership Documents/ Private Limited Company

• PAN CARD
• Driving License - OR -AADHAR Card BOTH SIDE (Aadhar number from Aadhar image 1st 8 digit should be masked.)
• Masked Aadhar Card- First 8 digits of Aadhaar no. on both sides & QR code printed on Aadhaar card should be fully MASKED
• Shop or Office - inside and outside image with Proprietor
• SHOP ACT / GST
• Cancelled Check
• Emil id / mobile number
• Partnership Documents *
